The formulation of goals.&lt;br /&gt;2. The choice of ways and means&lt;br /&gt;3. The direction of people in some group purpose.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Administration makes policies and decides the goals to be achieved.It is not directly concerned with the implementation of policies.The functions of administration are legislative and largrly determinative.&lt;br /&gt;Administration does not need technical ability.it is not productive in nature.Administration coordinates finance,production and distribution.&lt;br /&gt;It frames the organizational structure and concise control over the enterprises.Administration is the master of industry.It relates to top level management.Persons like owners or board of directors are in charge of it.An administrator&lt;br /&gt;(a) organize his own work and that of his subordinates&lt;br /&gt;(b) delegates responsibility and men,money,material and enterprise.&lt;br /&gt; Management is an executive function which actively directs human efforts towards a common goal.The main characteristics of management is&lt;br /&gt;to interact and apply the knowledge and analytical approach developed by numerous other disciplines.Management does not frame policies,it only implements the policies laid down by administration.&lt;br /&gt;The functions of management are executive and largely governing.It is the servant of administration and gets salary, or a part of profit in lieu of its service.Management require technical ability to function properly.It uses organization for achieving the goal of an enterprise.&lt;br /&gt;Management is productive in
